our standards high.

Full Ingredient Traceability

We vacuum-seal for freshness, keep daily samples of every dish for 48 hours, and log every ingredient’s source, expiry date, and certification, so we can trace every batch

with confidence.

supports our preparation for GHP (Good Hygiene Practices)
certification, ensuring every step meets the highest food
safety standards.
